Financial Agreement Our private party room reservation requires a guaranteed minimum spend of $400 during the event. This amount applies to food and beverage charges before tax and gratuity. Deposit Policy A $100 deposit must be taken at the time of booking. We will deposit the $100 and refund in full the day of the party. Deposit must be cash, credit card, or company check. The Deposit will be fully refunded if the customer cancels 2 weeks prior to the party. In the event of inclement weather, deposit will be refunded. No-Show Policy Customers must provide us with a final number of people attending one week prior to their reservation. There is a $10 charge per person who does not show up. This will be charged to the credit card we have on file unless the customer wishes to pay for it another way. Payment At the conclusion of your event, final payment is due less any deposit amounts. Liability We do not assume responsibility for you or your guests’ individual property. All decor and personal property are required to be removed at the end of your event. Rookies Sports Bar & Grill will not be responsible for any property left behind by you or your guests.
